Transforming the conversation about pregnancy
I’m interested in transforming the conversation about pregnancy — from complaints and what’s wrong — to expecting the best, creating what you want and being present to the miracle! As humans, it’s easy for us to fall into automatic patterns of conversation.
Some of the automatic patterned conversations that I hear about pregnancy include: When are you due? Are you going to find out the sex? Are you feeling OK? Whew, you’re going to be busy!
I’d love to hear more of: Isn’t it just amazing what you’re doing? How is the experience for you? It’s a miracle that a being is growing inside you! What support do you want?
Please join the conversation! What automatic patterned conversations do you hear? What conversations would you love to have instead?
